Available Volunteer Roles/Positions:
1. Registration Desk:
Checking in guests upon arrival. Duties include but is not limited to: verifying ticket purchases and processing tickets sales.
2. Floor Manager:
The "Vibe Checker," ensuring everything on the event floor runs smoothly. Duties may include but is not limited to, greeting guests upon arrival, giving directions (registration, workshops, bathrooms, etc).
3. Event Coordinator (assistant):
Assists with planning and coordination of all aspects of the event, including workshop management, ushering/checking in on VIP guests. Attendance may be required at the VIP reception style event.
4. Event Support
Responsible for making sure vendors are set up at their correct booth, and ensure the vendors are adhering to the terms & conditions of their vendor agreement.
5. Content Creator (assistant): Produces engaging content for the company's website, social media channels, and marketing materials to promote products and events and engage with customers.
